About John

I became a licensed, full-time Realtor in 1986, and joined the CENTURY 21 Les Ryan Healdsburg Realtors office the same year. I became a partner in 1993. In February 2011, Les Ryan and I sold our Century 21 franchise office and became a part of Century 21 NorthBay Alliance.  I, and my wife, Janice Torres (licensed 1994), were happy to be part of the Century 21 NorthBay Alliance team in Healdsburg.  December 1, 2021 we moved to The Agency - Healdsburg. We are on North Street in Downtown Healdsburg and working with a great group of Real Estate Agents.

I live in Healdsburg, have served on the Board of Directors for the Pop Warner Football, Healdsburg Boys & Girls Club, and Healdsburg High School Boosters. I coached Little League Baseball, Pop Warner Football, Healdsburg High School Freshman Football and was the Healdsburg High School Varsity Golf Coach.  I was a member of Healdsburg Rotary; Janice was a member and former President of Soroptimist International of Healdsburg; she is still a member of the Dry Creek Neighbors Club.  This is a great community and we are proud to be a part of it.
